Compliance Department Training

Purpose

Register the role-based onboarding and operating guide for Compliance, MLRO support, control testing, escalation and regulatory work.

Audience

Compliance personnel, MLRO support staff and other personnel assigned second-line or higher-risk compliance responsibilities.

Publication Rules

• Use within a documented 30-60-90 onboarding and readiness plan appropriate to the role.
• Require completion of assigned modules, knowledge checks and at least one observed case exercise before unsupervised higher-risk work.
• Preserve human decision rationale when automated tools support screening, monitoring or reporting workflows.
• Update promptly after material change to law, policy, control logic, tooling, escalation or reporting routes.
