Odoo is the accounting system of record, but it is not by itself evidence that:
- the principal-versus-agent conclusion is correct;
- crypto-assets qualify for the stated inventory or mark-to-market treatment;
- the OB or territorial-tax treatments are legally correct;
- client assets are legally segregated or insolvency remote; or
- all bank, wallet, DEX or custody movements are complete.
Those conclusions require the professional review and operating evidence identified in PUB-FIN-001 Bitkaya Accounting Treatment in Odoo SOP, ISS-FIN-001 Confirm Finance and Tax Sources Thresholds Systems and Operating Evidence and ISS-SAFU-001 Confirm Safeguarding Architecture Legal Protections and Operating Evidence.
