Purpose

Register the high-level compliance-framework orientation for new employees, contractors, consultants and temporary staff.

Audience

All new joiners and hired workers before or during their initial onboarding period.

Publication Rules

• Use as foundational orientation, not as a substitute for required role-specific manuals, procedures, assessments or manager instruction.
• Assign with an explicit due date and a knowledge check.
• Retain the delivered version, audience, attendance or completion and assessment result.
• Update after a material change to the compliance framework, roles, escalation routes or core employee expectations.
