Operating Rule

Management approval records acceptance of content and traceability. implemented records adoption of the approved design and may coexist with open assurance Issues. Only operational asserts tested operating effectiveness and therefore requires a complete Review Pack, representative evidence and a system-derived conclusion recorded in Odoo or a linked generated assurance record. Effectiveness is not maintained manually in BCMS notes.
