Purpose
Protect LID information while ensuring lawful and prompt supervisory cooperation.
Normative
Bitkaya shall keep information obtained or exchanged under the LID confidential, restrict its use and disclosure to lawful purposes, prevent unauthorized disclosure or tipping off, comply with supervisory directions and provide requested information, records, access and cooperation to authorized supervisors.
Descriptive
The ordinance gives supervisors information, inspection and access powers and requires every person to provide the cooperation lawfully demanded. Non-compliance can result in administrative, licensing and criminal consequences.
