Purpose
Ensure LID records remain complete, accessible, reconstructable and promptly available to authorized authorities.
Normative
Bitkaya shall record required identity, UBO, representative, document, service and transaction data; retain domestic and international transaction records for at least five years; retain CDD data for at least five years after relationship termination; extend retention to ten years when directed by FIU; and make records promptly available to competent authorities.
Descriptive
Records must permit transaction reconstruction and include risk profiles, contact information, identity evidence, account records and business correspondence where applicable.
