Purpose
Establish the organizational measures required to sustain LID compliance.
Normative
Bitkaya shall maintain an AML/CFT program with board-appropriate policies, procedures and controls, employee screening, permanent training, an effective and independent compliance function and an audit function that tests the system.
Descriptive
Foreign subsidiaries or branches, if established, must follow the LID obligations or notify the supervisor and apply risk mitigation where local law prevents equivalent compliance.
