Purpose
Establish and maintain the legal basis on which the LID applies to Bitkaya’s virtual asset services.
Normative
Bitkaya shall document which activities fall within the LID service perimeter and shall reassess that conclusion after changes to its services, the law or CBCS rules.
Descriptive
The 2017 consolidation must be read with Article 131 of the 2025 VASP Ordinance, which connects registered VASPs to the LID from 2025-07-01.
